Today I spent a big portion of the day working on this pretty pattern:
I used elements from this book to create it. I cannot tell you how fun this book is, as a person who doesn’t do tons of graphic design work I use this book a lot. I feel that it captures the style I’m going for quite often, which probably can be best described as “modern vintage”
Here’s the piece of fabric that I used as inspiration. I LOVE this fabric and am currently using it in a quilt that I’m slowly but surely working on. (Sometimes I whip out a quilt in a weekend, sometimes it takes me a few months, no rhyme or reason!)
I’ve decided that I’m not going to tell you just yet exactly what I’m using that pattern for. I’ll give you a hint though; it involves technology, a piece of technology that a lot of you own. Any guesses?
